1. General Policy
At Shopaloo, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Since we deal in both digital and physical products, our refund and cancellation terms vary by product type. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Video Courses, Music Bundles, Other Downloads)
* No refunds or cancellations are possible once the purchase is confirmed and the product has been delivered/access granted.
* This applies to all downloadable or streaming products, as digital content cannot be “returned.”
* If you face technical issues accessing your purchase, we will provide full assistance to resolve them.
3. Physical Products – Books, Wellness Tea, and Other Shipped Items
* Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
* You must notify us within 3 days of delivery via email at hello@shopaloo.in, along with clear photographs or videos showing the defect/damage.
* Once verified, we may offer:
~ Replacement of the item, OR
~ Full refund to the original payment method (at our discretion).
* Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
4. Special Category: Construction Chemicals & Custom Orders
* No cancellations or refunds once an order is processed, due to the nature of the product.
* Replacement is possible only if the wrong product is supplied or the product arrives damaged in transit.
* Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
5. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
* For physical products, you may request a cancellation before the order is shipped.
* Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
* For digital products, cancellation is not possible after payment confirmation.
6. Refund Processing Time
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify returned goods (if applicable).
* The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
